Oral Hearing for the Dublin Waste to Energy Project

Day 8: Wednesday 16th May

The oral hearing continued this morning at 10:00am in the Gresham Hotel with the cross examination of Mr. Claus Norgaard’s evidence on Technical Design, Description of the Process and Residues and Consumables. The cross examination of Dr. Edward Porter’s evidence on Air Quality followed in the afternoon. Cross examination of Mr Porter was adjourned following closure of the evening session and this specific topic will reconvene on Monday the 21st.

NOTE: The oral hearing is not scheduled to sit tomorrow, Thursday 17th of May. The hearing will recommence on Friday 18th of May at 10:00am in the Gresham Hotel, O’Connell Street, Dublin 1.
