Oral Hearing for the Dublin Waste to Energy Project

Day 12 - Wednesday 23rd May

The oral hearing continued today at 10:00 in the Anna Livia Suite of The Gresham Hotel, O’Connell Street, Dublin 1. Today saw Mr. Gavin Lawlor and Dr. Imelda Shanahan make submissions on behalf of the Dublin Port Company. Mr. Lawlor gave evidence on the Compulsory Purchase Order as well as Planning and Dr. Shanahan gave evidence on Air Quality. Their submissions were followed by Dublin City Council’s cross examination of Dr. Shanahan’s evidence.
