Oral Hearing for the Dublin Waste to Energy Project

Day 16 - Tuesday 29th May

The oral hearing continued this morning with Mr. Maurice Bryant concluding his submission. This was followed by Mr. Gavin Lawlor’s closing comments and Mr. Trutz Hasse’s submission on the issue of Community Gain. Following this, Mr. Colm O’hEoidhach made his closing remarks.

The afternoon session saw Dr. Anthony Staines make a submission relating to Health. This was followed by individual submissions from Ms. Francis Corr and Ms. Lorna Kelly. The hearing concluded this afternoon with a submission from Ms. Clare Wheeler.

The oral hearing will continue tomorrow morning at 10:00.
